Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you wish to make changes to an order that has not yet been shipped, or if you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that a 5% commission will be deducted from the refund amount for both credit card and Stripe transactions due to processing fees.

Shipped Orders:

Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations or offer refunds. This is because the order is already in transit, and our system is designed to provide the most efficient and prompt delivery service possible.

Defective or Damaged Products:

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Process for Returns and Refunds:
