Shipping / Charge Policy
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days from the date of purchase.
Your credit card payment will be authorized upon purchase and charged at midnight eastern on the day of purchase.
Your Stripe payment will be withdrawn from your account immediately upon purchase.
An order confirmation receipt will be sent immediately upon purchase and tracking information will be sent upon shipment.

Return Policy
The order that has not been shipped yet, can be changed and / or canceled. It is required to notify customer service as soon as possible. In this case, a refund will be provided with deduction of 5% commission on a credit card and on a STRIPE transaction.
Once the order has been shipped – we regret that we do not have an option to cancel and / or refund the order.
